In his 8+ years of work experience, Vishesh has garnered significant exposure to consulting, early-stage startups and public financial markets in India. The last ~5 years with Bain, working
across diverse industries and supporting global cost transformation cases to diagnose potential cost-saving opportunities and to suggest optimization techniques to boost target’s operating
margins, have helped him specialize in industry-agnostic lean operations.
Prior to Bain, Vishesh worked as an analyst at an e-commerce startup in pre-owned car sales business, devising company and market entry strategy across different states in India, and a boutique
consulting firm in Clean-Tech and Renewable Energy sector, advising developers and wind turbine manufacturers on strategic and potential market growth opportunities.
He completed his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar University in 2014. He is passionate about Formula One racing and had the opportunity to participate in Formula Student 2012 held
at the Silverstone Circuit (UK). He as part Thapar University’s Team Fateh designed, built, and raced a single seater racing car for the competition.
